About Victoria Arduino

Victoria Arduino (Or VA for short!) are a division of the larger group known as Nuova Simonelli, one of the largest and pioneering espresso machine brands in the industry.  VA itself is known for their more modern take on espresso machines and grinders, pushing the boundaries in technology, design and ECO ability.

From their hugely innovative Black Eagle espresso machine, through to their eco conscious Prima One range, they continue to release unique and innovative espresso machines like no other.  Further to this, they are also highly prominent in the commercial grinder market, being responsible for the ground breaking Mythos One (Clima Pro) and now the new MY Range, which continue to be the market leader for a large % of the industry.

Machina became an official UK distributor of VA equipment in 2016, after we decided to take on their Mythos Grinder range, which we felt were the future of commercial grinders.  There had been an ongoing concern around commercial grinders capacity to work at a high level in volume environments, and the Mythos was the first to properly address this with Clima Pro.  The Mythos has since gone on to become our go to grinder for virtually all business settings looking to serve espresso to a high standard.

On 2023, we have progressed our relationship with VA by offering a curated range of their espresso machines, including the Eagle One and Eagle Tempo, which compliment our existing range of just La Marzocco machines, considering style, features and price.  Marzocco units cover many of our key bases, especially in the Linea s, Linea PB and Kb90 territories.  However, some customers simply prefer a more modern take on their espresso machine to fit with their style of space.  The two brands compliment each perfectly considering business aesthetic.

- Eagle One - The Eagle One espresso machine is one of a kind.  Technically it is an extremely powerful dual boiler machine, so dedicated boilers for steam / hot water & brewing. It has highly accurate temperature control powered by PID's on each group, with touch screen controls covering pre-infusion, PID settings, language etc.

Where the Eagle One stands apart from it's competitors is it's ability to be a truly ECO machine, reducing it's use of power during down time or quieter periods, using only a fraction of it's total energy, which has become a crucial factor in today's climate.  Further to this, it comes with an iOS or Android APP, where you can program recipes and carry out various other settings remotely.

Last but not least, it's a stunning piece of design, with clean lines, beautiful construction and unique aesthetic.  A machine built for modern speciality coffee locations, available in 1, 2 & 3 group models.

- Eagle Tempo - The Eagle Tempo is a closer take, considering overall design to their landmark Eagle One espresso machine range.  It's a more automated, feature rich machine, designed for hospitality businesses that want the machine to do more than the basics, considering features like 'Easy Cream' where the milk steaming process is more automated and 'Auto Purge' where the groups automatically purge after use.

It's a workhorse of a machine, perfect for hospitality settings where you want amazing consistency, but prefer the machine to do more of the action, so you can focus on the bigger picture. It may look like a beautiful piece of equipment, but it's designed to handle the pressure of high demand at the same time.  Available in 1, 2 & 3 group models.

- Mythos One - the original release of VA's industry changing grinder, with Clima Pro technology. The on demand grinder with 65mm flat burrs offering ultra fast grind times, great distribution and crucially, with the Eureka patented mini grind adjustment dial that you can move with a finger and thumb.  Three buttons to program for different shot volumes or purges.  Easy to clean and maintain.

The Mythos One was the first grinder to offer a solution of a heated chamber that when coffee beans sat inside it about to be ground, they were contained at a temperature that countered external factors and maintained consistency like never before.  Available in Black or White.

- MYONE - the re-invention of a classic (The original Mythos One), delivered in a slicker format with improved capability and function. 65mm flat burrs and Clima Pro technology, fitted inside a new casing with a neat front facing digital control panel.  Consider this the like for like replacement of the original Mythos.

- MY75 & MY85 - the next step up in the new MY Range, offering increased speed and features for those looking for a grinder with a bit more punch. The MY75 and MY85, as you would expect, come with 75mm and 85mm flat burrs respectively. Further, both options come with a full touch screen, providing access to a range of parameters such as timed doses and control over Clima Pro chamber temperature.

-MYG75 & MYG85 - the final and top of the range grinder models, offering the exact same format as the MY75 & MY85, but with added Gravi Metric (Grind by weight) ability. With added feature provides you with auto tare (once you place your portafilter in position), plus operates a self learning system, that corrects dosing volumes as you go. Potentially the ultimate in grind by weight grinder for those who require precision and repeatability regardless of volume.
